1. About Us

WP Foundry is a product brand operated by Sitely Internet Company, a company registered in Denmark with CVR number DK40964673. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Sitely Internet Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wp-foundry.com or purchasing, downloading, or installing any WP Foundry plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.

3. Products and Services

WP Foundry develops and distributes WordPress plugins designed for use with WooCommerce. Our current product is Smart Categories. We may release additional plugins in the future.

Plugins are provided as software products. We do not offer hosting, setup services, or customisation work unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. License

Upon purchase or authorised download of a WP Foundry plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the plugin on websites you own or manage, subject to these terms.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin files.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or licence headers.
• Each licence covers the number of sites specified at the point of purchase.
• The licence is valid for the period specified at purchase. Annual licences must be renewed to continue receiving updates and support.

5. Payment and Refunds

Purchases are processed through our payment provider. All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Danish VAT (25%) applies to purchases by consumers within Denmark and, where applicable, EU VAT rules apply to purchases within the European Union.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a plugin has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Updates and Support

Active licence holders are entitled to plugin updates and email support. We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. We do not guarantee specific response times.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our plugins compatible with current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration.

7. Intellectual Property

All WP Foundry plugins, the WP Foundry name, and all associated code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Sitely Internet Company. Purchasing a licence does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. You use them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Sitely Internet Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
